Quote signed by client full payment received within 7 days
Receipt issued to client
Stock validation undertaken
 
Introduction by Abbots Portfolio Management to bonded storage company for opening of private cellaring account
Wine shipped to client’s private cellar account

This process takes 6-12 weeks

TYPICAL SELLING PROCESS

The key steps to selling wines through Abbots Portfolio Management.
Current trade price from Liv-ex confirmed
Stock inspected by bonded storage company
Quote signed and returned
Trade matched to buyer on Liv-Ex
Client notified of successful trade
Client stock delivered to Liv-Ex within 14 days of trade
Liv-Ex transfers funds to Abbots Portfolio Management within 21 days of month end
Upon receipt of funds from buyer, Abbots Portfolio Management transfers capital.

This process takes 6-12 weeks
